they want to lower credit rate

This company or person keeps calling from Wisconsin and the number is 414-204-2889. They keep calling and I press 1 to speak to someone so they can remover my number and they just hang up. I call them back and their number is not in services. Can the BBB from Wisconsin stop them from calling? They are so annoying.
