Fraud

I've read some pretty bad stuff about LA Fitness and most of it is probably true. I cancelled my membership and sent in the form to CA. I got charged $39.99 to my account almost two years later. I called down to gym and of course they dont have any record of such a charge. I have to go to my bank branch and get a print out on letter head and bring it to LA Fitness. I'm now wondering how many times they did this. I'm not the greatest at keeping records, so Im sure they got me more than once.
