I received a promotion thru a 3rd party website to order a product online and only have to pay for shipping. It clearly does not state anything about a 15 day trial nor that I would have future charges. I was charged ..99 on 4/01, $3.95 on 4/02, and $69.95 on 4/22. I called today to dispute the charges and to get a refund because I felt the promotion was falsely advertised. The agent, Bianca, that answered my call hung up on me because I asked to speak with a supervisor. I called back and got the same girl. So, now I am really mad because she was rude and they claim they don't have a dispute line. The customer service sucks and I didn't get any satisfaction. I totally believe in customer service and now I really feel obligated to get my money back.
