My clothes don't get clean. Extreme noise

This wash machine is the worst wash machine I have ever seen. The machine is very loud. Bounces around and leaves my clothes wet and unclean. The cycle selecting is out of wack and the machine is only 4 years old. Warning do not buy this machine.
