defective product not replaced

My name is Madhira. I am a resident of New Delhi, India.
)n 21st of this month (June 2012) I paid Rs.22,000/- to Mr.Geeshan Ali of FROST AIR for a new airconditioner. It was fitted on 22nd but was found to be faulty. Since then inspite of repeated requests no replacement is give even though evry day I am made to wait at home from 2.00 PM onwards with the promise of replacement. This has been going on for the last 6 days and their call centre for service calls simply give a number but no progress. I do not think I will evr buy any other Whrlpool product and will advise allmy friends accordingly. My Tel. No. 011 26830521 or 9818843532. madhira
