Ordered rings on Jan. 18. Today is March 8. No rings, no REFUND as declared. Company is a FRAUD!!

Ordered Diamond Z4 ring & matching band on Jan . 18, 2014. Today is March 8. 2014. I never got my order. Customer service claimed rings were sent in February. Spoke to Customer Service on numerous occasions but got railroaded. Last call, Rep said rings were returned back to them for failed delivery. Was told that my Visa Card was re credited $30 for a $40 purchase. REFUND did not happen per bank research. This operation is a total FRAUD. I advise any and everyone to BEWARE...order at your own risk.  They are liars and will steal your money; DON'T LET THEM!!!!
