double price for one ticket

on 29th january i booked one ticket from cairo to muscat planned to be on 19th february and they have collected the price from my credit card for the 1st time on 30th jan. and on 22nd of feb, i went to the bank and they told me that gulf air has taken money from your card again and at once i called gulf air and they said i have to call the site of cheapoair . i called many times costing me lots of money and the last specialist asked me the home address and i told here i dont actually know but she closed the phone and left my call . i will go the omani court to issue that tomorrow .

If you see any additional amount posted to your account please provide us with a copy of your statement showing these charges as an attached document by replying to this email.
