Whoever is behind "Cardholder Services" should go to jail or pay a hefty fine

I have also been badgered by "Cardholder Services" (and Rachel), for MONTHS on my home phone and cell phones owned by both my wife and myself.

I've tried to take the high road and return the call to politely ask to have our numbers removed from their list. But calling only leads to recordings telling me "this is not a working number" or "the mailbox is full".

I want these [***] scammers prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
