They are refusing to pay claims

I got the "coverage" with them in august 2014. And my water pump got broken - they said it is because my car was overheating. Anyone who knows the formal logic - the reason is my car was overheating is because the water pump went bad. I think their money for existence is to hold the prorated amount when you realize that this is scam and want to cancel it. Some lucky people fing that out at the beginning of a journey with the "coverage", some are not lucky enough - at the end.
