Unauthorized charges to my account

This company has charged me 176.00 twice within ten days without my permission if anyone has information please contact me

    Did they charge your account with no prior contact, or did they charge you after you thought you had ordered a "free" or low cost trial?

    take your bank statement to the bank and tell them the money was taken out without your authorization. you will have to fill out some forms that they will fax to the company.before you do that I would advise contacting momentum direct via e-mail and let them know if you don't get a full refund you will contact the better business bureau. this is what I did and I got a full refund on the same day the bank faxed the forms to them . try it .it can't hurt. hope it helps you

    I just received my package from Momentum Direct on 3-10-08 (trial)  and I opened the box because I did not know what it was.  Date on box was 2-29-08. and it said Stamps.com.  Then on 3-12-08 I received another box which I have not opened dated 3-3-08 Stamps.com.  I don't want them.  I have seen all these complaints about this company and charges to peoples checking accounts.  I do not remember giving them any info on my checking accout.  I think I just decided that I just would not order.

    Another strange thing I just noticed that on checking account back on 1/31 and 2/20 they drafted $58.93 each time.  I never received anything and do not remember ordering anything.

    The piece of paper I received in the box with a order #  and a date 10-03-2007 plus time.

    Have you had any thing like that happen to you since dealing with this company?  You can contact me at:  carolinagirl1044@yahoo.com  if need be.  I think I should close my checking account and reopen a new one.  I do not trust them.  You were lucky to get your refund.  If you have not closed your checking account you should think about it.  I would like your input.

    I forgot to ask you if you sent the merchandise back and about how much did it cost you in postage.  What address did you send it too?  My box has a address of:  Momentum Direct
