I had $40 taken out of my account in a 2 month period and now...i have nothing in it. I have a regular savings and i'm hoping they don't take anything from that account. I just want my money back. I called that # back and they said they don't deal with "bank of america" problems? I'm stuck...in a rut???

Fraudulent $40 monthly charges to BofA accounts are reported in connection with telemarketing fraud by "insurance" telemarketers that BofA has reportedly sold customer account information to.

Contact BofA immediately to report the fraudulent charges and close the account to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Send a WRITTEN dispute of the fraudulent charges to the dispute address from your statement.

If monies from your bank account wasnt withdrawn from a bad check that was issue by a employer is the customer still entitles to penaties toward their account.I dispute the bank that my check accout has been threated to be close on a assumption an predition, stating their at risk because of overdraft fees, deposit of a employer check, after been a customer for 7years. An constitenly paying all charges.how can they make a descision to threat me to close account and refuse to accept direct deposit.

Get a better bank.  Better yet, get an account at a credit union.

Do it now, while this account is still open, and before BofA drains your account with fees, closes your account, or messes up your credit enough to interfere with opening an account elsewhere.
