There was a $21.95 charge to my account for the months of February and March.  I called the number listed and they said they took it off.  I do not know if I will receive a refund or why or how it got on my account to begin with.

    Dispute fraudulent charges directly through your bank, and follow up with a WRITTEN dispute or fraud affidavit, mailed certified to your bank's dispute address from your statement.  Regardless of what they might promise, do NOT wait for these companies to refund your money, since if you fail to dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, your bank may not assist you in recovering you money.

    The same thing happened to me and they stated that on March 1st of 2010 i had gotten into a web site and did not state that i did not want to terminate the offer.  i never did receive any thing from these people and do not want any thing from them. i am going to go to my bank and make sure they never take anything from my account again. it was also a couple of other places that took money from my account.
