Eureka Forbes sales personnel managed to fool housewives to buy Aquaguard Nova Gold water purifier in places where municipal water quality is almost safe for drinking at a price much higher than their competitors. AMC makes holes in the pocket of the buyer and seldom provide service in time. The service engineers will treat you as a stupid person and will not explain to you what was the problem he attended to. One will feel lucky if the service engineer does not ask for any replacement. Product quality is not bad but the way the services carried out by the third party on behalf of Eureka Forbes need a sea change especially the customer goes for Eureka products paying a extra money for the brand name and expects a better after sale service. If one finds better service from a not-branded company one should go for that instead of Eureka Forbes as the technology of water purifiers is not a very critical high end technology.
