I went into Great Clips today like I have done for years. When I left, the stylist had shaved 1 inch between my beard, (of which I have a full one), and my side burns! It looks absolutely ridiculous. I called them to get my money back and was told they do not do refunds but she would call the manager and he would call me back. He never called and since I was headed into town anyway I stopped by. The girl in charge took my number and called him and told him to call me. He did and said he could not refund the money, that the register has no way of doing a refund. We ended on a bad note and he was not in anyway shape or form interested in appeasing me as a paying customer for years. He did offer me my next haircut free! I told him that that would not do and I wanted my $13.00 back. He said this conversation has taken it's course and hung up. What a customer friendly business! He told me that corporate office policy is to never give refunds either! What a joke! Their sign says they guarantee their work...but I guess that is false advertising.
