I want to cancel this membership, but they won't let me. When I try to sign in, it says they don't have a record of me, yet they take $9.99 out of my account every month! What can I do?

    It's a cramming scam..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
