Home Loan Modification

I sent in papers in 2009 to BOA for modification. They gave me 3 month trial.  I started paying the regular price up until 2011.  I was assign an account manager and was told I was approve for the modification and should pay the trial amount. The information was noted in the computer that should pay the trail amount and I should look for papers in the mail to finalize it.  They change me to another
account manager Debra Camp, that dont return calls.  Spoke her manager on the phone, she see where
they were suppose to send final papers and all the misleadin information I got.  She say she would help me and I should call back tomorrow, she will have some information.  left several messages and she never call back.  I have paid my loan every month and because of the trail payments They have me behind and now they have started sending my payments back.  Please tell me how I can get help.
