For the past 3 weeks I have received 5 or more calls every day from 866-722-2770 no message is ever left and when I call the number back it goes to voice mail that says no one is avaible leave a message.  Which I do requesting to be removed from call list and to stop calling me.  Leaving the same message today and stating if they continue call I will persue legal action.

    Numerous similar complaints, going back to 2007.
    Long history of calls indicates this is set up as a "business".
    Complaints indicate they are fraudulent "payday lenders".

    Scam call, probably indicating a fraudulent telemarketing racket trying to get consumer credit cards or bank account numbers.
    "They  called  all the  time.  I put  them on  the block  list.  Now they  sent a  letter  stating they have been trying to contact me and that I have  won 2  US  Airlines   plane tickets.  I  Need  hip  waders this  Bull is  deep."

    I DID NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN, YET THEY HAD MY INFORMATION.  PLACED 400 IN MY BANK ACCOUT LAST WEEK.  I DID NOT ASK FOR LOAN, NOT SURE IF I WILL GIVE IT BACK OR NOT.  DIDNT SIGN ANYTHING.  I HAVE HAD PAYDAY LOANS IN PAST.  GUESS THEY HOW THEY GOT MY INFORMATION.  

    ADVICE???

    These guys are crooks looking for excuses to steal money.

    Loan crammers are usually located out of the country to avoid prosecution for fraud, bank theft, and extortion, even if they use US based mail drops. to appear to be located in the US.  Complaints are indicating fraud and routine violations of TILA.  Odds are they aren't licensed to lend in your state.  If they continue to harass you, file complaints with your state Attorney General.

    This company has live agents that answer the phone when you call back.  They answer as E Finance.  They have called my phone 16 times in the past 3 days.  They have your information.  Best bet it to have them remove you from their call list and file a complaint with the FTC.  Don't give them any info. I also blocked them from my land line which they continue to call.

      They will not stop calling no matter what you do.  I used to work for these scam artists and quit when I realized just what they were up t0...799% interest rate.  E Finance is the umbrella that covers VIP Loan Shop, Everest Cash Advance, and 8 others.  They operate out of the West Indies and claim that the law cannot touch them because they operate via the internet and have no brick & mortar sites in the U.S..  Total scam!  I wish anyone the best of luck when dealing with these scumbags!

    they have called me repeadly and never leave a message 866-722-2770  - I blocked them they call 50 times a day.

    These people keep calling my number 2-5 times a week looking for someone that doesn't live here, they are rude and argue with you.
