Rusted refridgerator door

Our $$$$ expensive refridgerator works but is an eyesore under the water/ice dispenser. We were always careful not to let water spill, but the rust appeared below the dispenser tray. The paint is bubbling up as the rust becomes larger. Very disappointed in my big beautiful appliance exterior.
