Network problems

Dear sir please check Zain network I'm leaving from Saudi Aramco gate no 09 baise jizan here big Zain network problems before 15days I do complaints Zain customer care but not solved my problem so plz check my area network and solve the problems sir because not solved network problem I do another network change here my camp 500hundred people used Zain service not working 2g/3g/4g network so plz sir kindly and emegetly solved network problems thanks you
