WEt Servicing not done within One year from Purchase date

Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a Sumsang split  AC from Khoshla Electronics,Madhyamgram on 10.05.2013.
It is seen, within these preiod I have to get 2 dry & 1 wet service for that AC. But 2 dry service they have done. And last wet service not takenup within that period. I have made a call to Sumsang call centre(1800110011) on 14.05.2014, there Mr. Abhishek Kumar told me that they are unable to make wet service because out of One Year(4 days left). and they have no responsibility to to make wet service within year if we not informed. It is very mandatory to get 3 service within purchased year because it is a one of conditons during sales of product. And I think purchase cost including that service. Then Why I shall not get service? and I have no responsibility to inform for that service. If they bypass this service , I think Sumsang cheating the customer like me.Again I requested to sumsang to make my last wet service for AC as early as possible.
