about a bad reveiw

i have a complaint about my buisness and service that never happeened ,when i try to go on and look at it ,all i can do is sign up for services and get a contract going ,just to get in ,,,i beleive they do fake complaints agaaaaisnt u  and will remove it if u get a contract with the company ,,it must be a scam i, don't even have any other reveiws.
