I did agree to become a member of GREAT FUN-for a monthly amount of $16.99. HOWEVER they proceeded to double bill me by debiting my acc on 12/29 & 1/03, then again on 1/30 & 2/01, and finally on 2/28 & 3/01!

I am not able to reach them via phone, e-mails or mail. How do I deal best to resolve this issue?

This was presented by ONE TRAVEL as an additional discount to my purchasing an air line ticket-NOT as a separate purchase. I was duped for sure by my own error-how ever I have always been able to resolve complaints with reasonable efforts. NOT THIS TIME!

    My name is Georgia Gallarde and I am with the escalation department for OneTravel. Great Fun is a company that offers their program on our website as well as other travel websites. Their company handles any charges  for their program. It is entirely separate from your reservation booked on the OneTravel website. I am not sure what contact information you have for their company but their website shows it as: General Questions — Including benefit, membership and service questions.

      OneTravel - you send a link to "Great Fun" when you send confirmation of a booking.  You can't pretend that you don't know much about them - you all work in tandem.  OneTravel - if you are a serious company, stop working with this Great Fun outlet, who tricks people into thinking they are receiving a rebate when in fact they get enrolled to be charged monthly on their credit card.  I also was presented with what I thought was a rebate - but then asked a friend to investigate and he found this information that it's a trick.  OneTravel you should be ashamed to be involved in this.  I won't use you all again after this booking.

      It's funny how OneTravel STILL works with "Great Fun" to this day! They know how much of a scam it is, and how many angry customers are out there from the scam. Great Fun works with a couple other websites, all of which have angry customers complaining about the scam.

      Pretending not to know what's wrong with Great Fun yet advertising it on their website, seriously? If you really don't know what's wrong then your actions are immature and unprofessional to have partnered with a company that you have no idea of. Otherwise, you're part of the scam. This excuse that was given is so dumb.
