sofa and loveseat

I purchased this product because it was made in the USA.  So much for that !  The cushions have broken down, fabric has shifted, and has become a topic of conversation from family members who have recently come to my home knowing that we have bought this furniture recently ( 2 years ) and have asked what's wrong with it?  I called the company I bought it from who referred me to the England Furniture who called me back and told me to deal with the dealer I purchased it from.  It is the responsibility of England to stand by their warranty and resolve this issue.  I just want it fixed . . . period !!!
