I wish I'd read even some of the complaints of this furniture store before I bought.  If you are thinking about buying from, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE!  

Problem #1: They don't have a return policy, even for a table that just doesn't look as great as in the store.  
Problem #2: They only deliver, so you can't avoid the delivery fee.  
Problem #3: POOR QUALITY (stripped missing bolts/screws, not completely tightened)

You guessed it, they charged me +100 to deliver coffee and sofa tables.  The coffee table was defective or ineffectively put together since two of the legs were leaning.  They reluctantly took the table back and insisted  on bringing me another one 2 weeks later (hence, the NO RETURN policy).  The sofa table seemed weak and wobbly but they blamed it on my unleveled hardwood floors and suggested I buy floor care pads or a rug to ease the leveling.  Something told me I should have looked under the table before they left. two of the legs are missing a screw and another is missing a washer. On the other leg, one of the screws were loose so I tried tightening it, but it was stripped.  I wish I had never walked into the store, so I hope this stops you from making the same mistake.

    We had a TV stand delivered (since there are no other options) but whatever. Delivery was a week out. Piece was delivered and inside was damaged did not notice til after delivery guys left. Called store immediately can not get anyone at store to help us. They will let customer service know and will schedule a tech for next week. Not acceptable.
