I am in the process of trying to speak to a representative on why my claim for a new starter was denied. I purchased this warranty Dec 2008 and it is paid in full. Now that I need it, I can not seem to get my claim approved. I took my car to the Nissan Dealership and per my mechanic, CDWS says the claim is denied because the starter is broken....what????? How do I get my money back or file a class action lawsuit?

They are known for making up excuses that render their "insurance" virtually worthless, after people have paid for it.

Contact your state Attorney General or Insurance Commissioner for assistance.

CDWS has held me up for two months before finally refusing to pay my claim.
    The are escape artists.
Cost me over $2000 for the warranty and another $2400 for repairs.

Does anyone know if a class action suit has been filed against this rip-off bunch - CDWS - Consumer Direct Warrantee Service.  I too have been ripped off.  I am about to contact my state Attorney General.  I suspect they have more important issues to deal with and will probable ignore my request, but try I will.  If every one who has been ripped off by this bunch contacts their State Attorney General, maybe we can at least put this scum out of business by restricting the states in which they can do business.  I would like to put them behind bars, that is where they belong.
