I am actually dealing with my credit card to receive credit on transactions made thru this airline.
They offer a 9$ club which is wonderfull if it was truthfull.on april/11 a a offer expired at 11:59 am,when reservation was made it was charged to my account but it it did not permit the passengers name, so i bought a membership for the passenger, and reserved another ticket under the passengers name. thinking i was at the time deadline i would cancel the first one. which i called the airport because at that time there was no operating office, i took copy of the reservation and my claim send it to the spirit office in Miramar Fl. just to be told i could not get my money credited to my account. i am still waiting for my capital one to claim my money back. the worst is the stress a person goes thru with these companies o and even to make it more conflicting flights are cancelled with no advise. i have a friend that is actually trying to get home for 2 days.
