What a laughable company....................... They have a terrible service anyway , but the pinacle of all desire is when you have a puncture (right in the middle - no problem to repair)  they charge you for a complete new tyre, Of course the highly intelligent person at check in is intoxicated with his own power, pushes his own inadequate thoughts through with "if you do not like it then contact our customer service", but fails to see the broader consequenses (for me personnaly the time spent in complaining is more valuable than the issue itself)  - this company is rubbish - Please never take a car from these people............ I will never do so again
