(844) 369-3850 Has been calling me constantly for about 2 weeks now. They finally left a message and it was a man named Mark Wallace stating a formal complaint was filed about my mother, asking for her whereabouts, and stating they were going to "contact the proper authorities".

    I received the same phone call. I blocked his number. He then proceeded to call my brother and my Mother; stating he needs to locate me due to a complaint. . Is it only women he attempts to locate their whereabouts? I wonder if it isn't a hacker stalking women!

    these [***] have been calling our UNLISTED  home number for at least 4 yrs looking for a person I've never heard of. This, following me finally picking up phone and telling them this. When I did do that the person on the line was incredibly rude & even hung up on me. Today "Mark Wallace" called and threatened to contact the authorities if I didn't call back. Ironically there was no answer when I tried to call back less than 3 min later. We need to band together and catch this SOB & shut him down!!

    My dad, son, daughter and moms' ex husband have all received this same call/message.  I racked my brain trying to rhink of what debt I have that would constitute this type of call/threat.  I thought maybe an online payday loan that is easily more than 15 years old??

    Later when I concluded that would be a bit far fetched and that I had no other debts as such, I knew it was a fraud and a scam.  It just sucks that HE is able to reach my loved ones and creepy knowing he's looking for me.

    I received a phone call of this nature from a man/woman/machine who sounded like he/she/it was holding a napkin over the phone so as to disguise the voice or perhaps speaking through a voice changing device, stating his/her/it's name as "Mark Wallace", calling regarding a formal complaint. When he/she/it attempted to state who the complaint was against there was an unnatural pause and a different, most definitely automated robotic voice cut in and mispronounced a name that was unclear to the extent that although it was audible, it was indistinguishable. The phone number that "Mark Wallace" called me from was 1 digit off from a number previously listed here in another's complaint so he/she/it is utilizing some kind of program that enables him/her/it to adapt how the number appears as it comes through. I did not call the number back however, I did save the message, download it to an external drive and I notified the proper authorities. The call was harassing at best, and threatening in nature at worst; both of which are unacceptable and I would recommend that you consider contacting the authorities. Clearly, in many cases listed here, he/she/it is targeting people's emotions for a goal and the authorities will determine what that goal is and put an end to these if we report.     Mark Wallace and others call from different phone numbers with the same message. Other people havr called them back inquiring about the complaint and demanding more information and they get flustered. I just let them call and block the numbers on my cell. Currently at about 15 numbers blocked.

    I have been receiving this call for about 3 months now asking for my fathers whereabouts. The call comes in twice a day on my office phone. Very annoying! Mark Wallace with a formal complaint and proper authorities will be notified if I don't call >:(
