3 year okd Whirlpool refrigerator handle just broke for the 2nd time in 3 years.  Whirlpool stated that this problem is cosmetic and they can do nothing to help.  Trying to get into one's refrigerator is considered a cosmetic issue?  Ridiculous and a consumer rip off that should have legal consequences. Stainless refrigerator is showing rust spots and had to pay more because it was stainless finish.  Consumer Affairs needs to investogate.

    Judith see if Whirlpool is on the list of the Good Housekeeping seal. If so file a complaint with them and see if they can resolve it for you.
