Lid breakage

This breakage has been reported for several years and by several hundred people.  I have had the lid replaced once under warranty and once on my own.  I am disappointed in the fact that Whirlpool will not issue a recall on these lids and offer a solution to the defective design.

If only washers were so cheap that we could just throw them out and purchase another brand.

Sadly disappointed in the Whirlpool Brand.
