/Billed after cancelled contract!!

Just like most other complaints,  I was told several times by the "manager" that my account would be closed - that "i should just pay 150. to avoid collections.  2xs i fell for this!!! sooo mad-the 3rd time I didn't allow, and had to be told by collections - to send the written cancelation with return receipt requested,  I have told my credit card that they took an
horized payment and NOW they have already called saying they are sending me to collections.  (again)  What should I do?

    im in a similar situation. i haven't made a payment because they sent the invoice to wrong address and it took them 4 months to tell me that they were being sent back to them. i wont make a payment over the phone because my ad is not finished and lacking details about my business. now im told it will go into collections.
