RV scammer

A scammer using the email StephanieWalter01@gmail.com is posting fake ads on craigslist claiming to sell an RV.
These scammers post fake ads for RVs/campers (or cars/trucks, motorcycles, SUVs, boats, tractors, trailers) on craigslist and other ad sites.
These vehicle scammers will usually claim that a "shipper" or "mover" will drive the RV/camper to you, if you send payment first - and they will only accept payment through Amazon Pay, ApplePay/iTunes cards (or other gift cards - scammers who are into gaming will ask you to buy Steam cards), wire transfer (Western Union, Moneygram) re-loadable card (Vanilla, Green Dot/Moneypak) - untraceable payment methods which are like sending cash and cannot be reversed.
They only want to be contacted by email or text (avoiding voice contact that would reveal their foreign accents - or the fact that they are men; most of these scammers pose as women, using female names). Usually they will claim to be overseas in the military, or on an oil rig (coming up with any excuse to avoid meeting you - the scammer is likely in another country), or will tell you a sob story about the RV's owner (often, their "grandpa," parent or spouse) having just died, and the RV "brings bad memories". The price they quote is far lower than its book value ($2000-4000 for an RV that usually sells at over $20,000+).
They might want you to use an "eBay (or Amazon) buyer protection plan" and will send you a link to a fake eBay or Amazon page. Amazon and eBay do not offer "buyer protection" to sales outside their websites.
Or they may demand that you go to CVS/Walgreens/Walmart/Safeway to buy a gift card (like iTunes/ApplePay, Steam, etc.) and send them the number from the back of the card.
Never send money for any vehicle (RV, car, truck, motorcycle, boat, tractor) without inspecting it in person!
FLAG the fake craigslist ads, by clicking "prohibited" at the top of the CL ad (next to the "reply" button), and help remove them. (It takes more than one flag, from more than one IP address, to remove a craigslist posting.)
