This comapny has called me 4 times at my place of business. They do not identify themselves as a collection agency, which they must do by law.  Eact time they have requested my social security number and date of birth before they can tell me what the call is regarding.  The refuse to give me information until I give it to them.  And I will not do that until they tell me what the call is aobut.  I'm going to file an official complaint.

    Tell them you cannot receive calls at work, and it is inconvenient to receive their calls at any time.
    That leaves them only the option of mailing you a letter.

    File complaints with FTC for harassing you by phone at work and failing to identify themselves.
