I have been subscribed for AirTel Word Pack (A Text Message Based Services). I am losing Rs 10/- per day unnecessarily. I have called and registered a complaint at AirTel customer care center at so many times to deactivate my Word Pack but nobody is responding there in a proper way. Every time whenever I called them up they have allotted me a different complaint number and assured me that the services will get deactivated within 24hours but the services have not been deactivated till yet and the company is continuously charging me for the same.
Kindly look into the above matter and deactivate this Subscription immediately and refund the amount wrongly or forcefully deducted from my account, failing which I would be forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer’d forum. Kindly mail me for the acknowledgement for the same at the mentioned email id. As for me it's a kind of harassment or disturbance, which they are doing by sending these useless messages on my cell. Even though 9980459098 number is unsubscribed still today 10/- rupees is deducted from this number and i get the msg from 64611010,(subscriptions, TextbasedServices), http:/gpfun.in and this url is not working and customer care of Airtel is useless
