If they have already charged your bank account or credit card without shipping, do NOT let the 60 day dispute period run out without receiving your merchandise. A dispute of the charges through your bank may be your only effective way to recovery your money should they fail to ship.
You can dispute under FRB Reg. E for EFT (ACH) or debit card charges to your checking account, or FCBA for charges to your credit card.
If the 60 day dispute period is approaching, measured from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, contact them to give them a hard deadline to deliver a couple weeks before the 60 days expires. If they fail to meet that deadline, cancel the order and file a dispute with your bank for failure to deliver. Follow up in writing, with notice mailed certified to the merchant, and dispute mailed certified to your bank, referencing the initial phone cancellation or diapute date. Reject all deliveries.
