I rented a car from enterprize located at 9097 Park blvd Seminole fl. Upon returning the car I was told there was a denton the right fender.  I looked at the dent and I have no idea how it was dented.  There were no marks on the fender just a dent.  I was first told that I would have to submit my deduction right there. The manager then said that He didn;t think thedamage was that much so I could maybe pay the amount without using my  insurance.
He then informed me that they would take it to a auto repair shop and then would  let me know the damage.  He gave me a number to call 18003004407 and they would tell me the amount of the estimate so that I could procede with the  getting the problem taken care of.  However when I call the above number they informed me that it would take 3 to 6 weeks before they would have anyinformation.  also that when they  had the information the car would be repaired and that there was nothing I could do.  I then called enterprise and was told they could not do anything are find out any information about the cost of the repair.  When I informed them that I would need to know what the estimate was to make a decision about paying for the car.  I was told I could not find out who was fixing the car what the estimate was.  I think I should know the estimate before they start repairing the care.  They more or less said that there policy was I didn;t have to know.  I am contacting my insurance company today I don't know if they will be able to contact they repair place or not.  I sure could not.
I think enterpise handled this matter poorly and would not cooperate with me at all If thats the way they do there business I will never deal with them again and also let others know of how they handled this matter.   I also would like to say that i HAVE NO IDEa how that car was damaged.  I understand it was on my watch, but the way this is being handled is very poor.

I hit a pot hole and messed a sensor up. They gave me my deposit back and told me everything was good to go. Four months later I get a call from that same number asking if I was going through my insurance company or would I be paying myself. I asked why did they tell me that everything was fine and then several months later I was being told that I had to pay for damages and they said to me that they had no information and I would have to contact the local branch where I got the car from. The guy at the branch says that the new hires shouldn't have refunded me and told me everything was ok. So now I have this issue from left field coming at me during a pandemic.
