I have had the same experiences others have described here.  For two years these people have been calling, sometimes several times in a day. The caller id numbers have been different every time, and when I push 1, I get the hang-up or a rude person yells at me to stop talking when I ask to be removed from the list.
I have complained four times to the FCC with no result.

    This is an illegal robocalling fraudulent telemarketer, but to steal your money, they have to use the bank payment processing systems.  With enough political pressure, VISA and MasterCard might cut them off due to high fraud chargeback ratios.
