If so, notify BofA to not make telemarketing calls to you, and to not pass your information to other marketers. You can do this through their website, under the provisions of the GLB Act. That is what those "Privacy Notices" are telling you.
Be aware that they might also be one of these third party telemarketers that BofA may have passed your information to, and that there are many reports of fraudulent telemarketing in connection with this type of sales.

Thanks for the tip on another scammer!
FIA Card Services main office is out of Wilmington, DE. Their Texas office is the same as BofA financing.
There are many complaints about FIA, including another confirmation that they are indeed robo-calling. They will now join the reported list of scum doing the Rachel-robo-call scam.

Guy's FIA Card Services is a company that is with BOA. If you read the fine print when you were getting a CC from BOA it says FIA is the one issuing the card. They are trying to contact you in regards to a late payment and to find out if there is anyway you need assistance. But if you really want them to stop contacting you all you need to do is just tell them your name and tell them to cease the calls and request an address to send in a written cease if you wish. The reps are supposed to honor the request and cease the calls asap. If this does not work record the call for evidence and it can be used against the reps. Hope this sheds some light for you guy's.
Iv'e worked with FIA card services before and I aplologize for the idiot reps.
