Online Public Yellowpages

He called and was asking about our church, the address and such.  This was in May I believe.  I received a bill for $599.99 last week and called the number.  They said they had sent two other bills which I did not receive.  I said I did not okay a bill that high because I was the secretary and I could not authorize that payment.  He said I did.  We have our own web page and we don't need another.  This has to be a SCAM...
