weights and treadmills

Ymcas of Houston area bought all new equipment.  The machines and treadmills are to high off the grown and two heavy for me to use.  I fell getting on the treadmill because I am a short older lady and have trouble stepping up so high.  I wrote a letter to the president of the Houston Area Y, and he sent my letter to a Y that is 8 miles from my house.  The one where I fell is 4 miles.  The person who called wanted me to come to his Y.  I thought maybe they had equipment I could use.  Makes no sense why the president or whoever opened my letter would get someone from another Y to call me.  I am going to cancel.  The Y doesn't care about short older ladies.  Even short younger ladies have trouble stepping onto the machine.  The Y apparently turned in the lower treadmills so they could get a rebate.  Now I can't use them.
