poor service

Just recently a kfc branch opened in a town named elliot located in the eastern cape south africa.  We the public was very happy for the idea of a kfc being opened in a small town like ours.  To come to the point i am very dissapointed been there four times without purchasing any of their stock on display.  My last outing to our new kfc couldnt supply me with krusher milkshakes or something so simple as a snack burger.  All four times i had to hear they didnt have the items in stock i so despretly craved.  Dont even get me started on the staff incompetend and not trained just to give you an idea of what we have to deal with.   KFC its a digrace for your name to have this no stock shop to trade under your name.  Next time i would rather support the local fish and chips shop then waste me time waiting to be helped just to be told they didnt have the stock i was craving for.  And please if any KFC boss is reading this please show the workers of the Elliot KFC who the manager is because when i asked to speak to the manager the lady at the till just smiled at me so obviously they dont have a clue who it is.  So dissapointed in you colanal sanders for giving your trade name for shops and people who doesnt deserve it.
