2/7/12 charge for $74.95 on my card, my info is stored on Amazon too! Cancelled my card, and issuing a new one. Opened dispute, but they have 65 days to decide.

Insist they send you a fraud affidavit. Fill out and return.
Include in your dispute that the charge is fraudulent, and that numerous consumer complaints are reporting similar fraudulent charges from the same company.
Send your dispute via U.S. Mail, certified, to your bank's dispute address, to document your timely fraud dispute to invoke the dispute provisions of FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
