A letter from the Vice President, Regional Awards Division RSVP:1912, call 1-877-721-6915 stated I would receive a Android a Android touchpad tablet at no charge, call 1-877-721-6915 plus $100 worth of dining,  when I called the number a message machine said number doesn't exist,  bla bla bla, what is going on? I would appreciate this matter to be resolved ASAP, zhank
