1tonne split AC

I purchased split AC(1 tonne) from Reliance digital,New resapuvanipalem,Visakhapatnam on 24th April 2012.It was installed on 1st may 2012.When I tried using it on 6th may,it did not work.Service engineer found that the gas was leaking and the problem was fixed on 8th may.After that I switched on AC again for the second time on 13th(today) May 2012, and again I found that it is making some noise and the cooling too was not at all satisfactory.I am a busy woman who leaves for office at 7am and reach home only after 7pm.I am very sorry to say that the product caused a lot of annoyance and unpleasantness.Kindly see into this matter.I always find the reliance digital shop receptionist to be busy in picking up my call.Kindly understand the value of our precious time and do the needful.
