AT 11:20 ON THE 18TH OF NOVEMBER I RECIEVED BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM LENNA LETSABA AT KFC KEY WEST. SLIP AND UNIQUE CODE SA353-181114-1120-42. THIS LADY SPOKE TO ME USED ACRONYMS LIKE EISH AND MXM AS I WAS RTYING TO PLACE MY ORDER. I FELT LIKE A HOMELESS BURGER. I ASCALATED IT TO MANAGEMENT BUT COULD SEE THAT THE GUY WAS REALLY NOT TAKING ME SERIOUSLY. I SPEND MY LIFE IN THE OFFICE ENSURING THAT ALL RESOURES THAT ARE NEEDED FOR THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF OUR PEOPLE ARE THERE. AND WHEN I NEED I TAKE TIME OUT I GET TREATED WITH SUCH ILL-MANNER. IM REALLY NOT SATISFIED AND DEMAND A WRITTEN APOLOGY. I WAS UNABLE TO EAT MY MEAL MY HEART BURSTING IN ANGER.
