need get out of contract

Dish trick me ,The dish box went out 3 months before my contract was going to end. and the represented told me they would send me another dish box out at no charge .Then a month later I called dish to get information about how do I go about sending my equipment back. Then represented started to tell me that when they sent me the new dish box. That they  put me on another two year contract . whish the represented never told me that.  if they sent me a dish box I would automatically be on another 2 year contract. If the represented would of told me that I would be on another 2 year contract if they sent me another dish box. I would not got another dish box. HELP who can help me get out of my contract
