Balance deduction for a service automatically.

On 26/04/2016 at 3:36 am a pack automatically got activated without my consent. The pack is The house of models which has 7 days validity and deducted 35 Rs from my account masking my balance 0. I deactivated it today morning when I saw this thing happened. But unfortunately i didn't get my money back. I want my 35 Rs money back into my account that was deducted without my consent from Airtel. My number is 8129361820.
