Refer to my account: 10000608215. I received a book from Better Homes and Garden that I never authorized. There was no option or postage paid label included to return this book. I am not paying for a return of a book I never ordered. I was once a subscriber of Better Homes and Garden and received their monthly magazines. I will no longer subscribe to any magazines or product from this company again. Please cancel my account.

    They've had numerous similar complaints.
    Whenever you get billed for unordered merchandise, file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.  Also file fraud complaints with FTC, and your state Attorney General.
