I noticed a "test" debit last month of $1.00 and another attempted debit of 19.95 that failed because of insufficient funds. I called the company and told them to cancel whatever they had signed me up for. They said they would. This month...another debit for 19.95. I did not sign up for this and I need my money back!

When you are getting fraudulent charges to your account, immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge and close the account.  Follow up with a written dispute to your bank, and file complaints with FTC, your state AG, and their state AG, in this case the Minnasota AG.

If you already know you are dealing with a company that would charge you fraudulently, you should not expect that you can trust them to do anything they say they will.

I had mistakenly allowed a charge of $19.95 run for six months on my bank card before looking up the collector (Credit Voucher WC *VALUE PLUS-V) and saw others had been selected for this opportunity. I called the number and complained and they sent a form allowing me to say I never signed up for anything and wanted my money back...soon. Filled out the form and my bank card has now been refunded the $120.00. This took less than a month. Hope others catch this and get similar results. This stuff has to stop!

I was charged 16.95, also.  I made an online purchase a few months ago and I guess I was automatically signed up for some BS subscription service. I contacted my bank and got the phone number of the people charging me each month, cancelled the "subscription".  The bank was nice enough to refund the last charge to my account and put a note on the account showing I took action for future reference. WC *Value Plus-V and whichever other merchant that lets them do this should be horse-whipped.
