Defective machine

I have purchased a Whirlpool Washing machine in March 2007. The machine started to tear our clothing a month after we bought it. I think there is something wrong with the spinning function. I contacted your service center in Ludhiana and after bringing the machine to their location they said they can't fix it.

They said I will be getting a new machine as a replacement shortly. It's been  two months and we are still without a washing machine. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
